For OUTDOOR & COMMUNITY CATS ONLY. Not personal pets.
Exciting news for our community cat caretakers!
We are thrilled to announce that The PAWS Clinic has received a generous grant from the ASPCA to help us spay and neuter 1,000 community cats in 2026! Thanks to this funding, we are able to offer a comprehensive "Community Cat Package" for just $10 per cat.

What’s Included for $10:
  • Spay/Neuter Surgery
  • Rabies Vaccine
  • FVRCP Vaccine
  • Eartip (The universal sign of a cared-for community cat)
  • Ivermectin (Treatment for parasites)

How to Book
Appointments are required. To request a spot, please follow these steps:
  1. Call 313-451-8200 and leave a detailed message Monday - Thursday from 9am - 5pm.
  2. We only book appointments one week at a time. These appointments fill very quickly. It's best to call early on Monday.
  3. Our staff works hard to fill spots quickly. If you do not hear back from us by Thursday, it means we are fully booked for the upcoming week.
  4. Try again! If you don't get in this time, please call us back the following Monday to try for the next week's schedule.

Prevent a Litter: Spay & Neuter Together - Male/Female Pet Households

Picture
Help us prevent unwanted litters and promote responsible pet ownership by fixing both pets in your home. Through our Prevent a Litter program, families with a male and female pet in the same household can receive a discount when they spay and neuter both animals.
💡 How It Works:

For households with BOTH unaltered male & female pets of the same species.
  • Both the male and female in the household must be spayed/neutered to receive the discount.
  • Female must be spayed first and at full price.
  • Receive $100 off the male dog neuter or $50 off the male cat neuter surgery.
  • Both pets must live in the same household.
  • Surgeries can be done on the same day if kennel space allows (for dogs).
  • Must mention “Prevent a Litter” when scheduling your appointments to qualify.
  • Male dog must be neutered within 30 days of the female to receive the discount.
  • If you miss either appointment you may forfeit your discount when you call to reschedule
